HOW TO BLOW THE DUST OFF A PIONEERING BRAND

Met-Rx launched a whole new category of bodybuilding nutrition supplements in the 1990s. Cut to 2017. The space has exploded with new brands appearing on shelf every day. Our job was to reinvent Met-Rx as the go-to supplement for the next generation of elite athletes. We tackled a total packaging redesign and sponsored a new breed of up-and-coming team sports pros. While trophies are a symbol of their past accomplishments, what drives them forward is what they’ll conquer next. They are always hungry for more.

No big budgets. A packaging facelift. A crop of fresh athletes (Joey Bosa, Leonard Fournette, Justise Winslow and Cody Bellinger) and a whole lot of social content.

Through social posts, we started a campaign educating athletes on the what and why of our products. Each focuses on a nutritional pillar and offers information illustrating how MET-Rx supports elite preparation.
